We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team on a 3-month assignment.
This role will involve working on the 1st line Service Desk team, providing initial support via telephone, email, and ServiceNow ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will have a background of working within a busy IT Service Desk environment and be comfortable in providing support to all levels of end users.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Remote service
