Key Responsibilities:

* Support clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* No previous social care experience is required
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
