The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with Service Users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for Service Users.
  • Assist Service Users with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to Service Users.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
