Job Title: Care Team Lead - Bradford
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Howard Finley in Bradford. As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a staff team who will provide high quality care and support for up to 4 vulnerable young people between the ages of 8-18 yrs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment and care to providing children and young people the highest quality of care and support
- Be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met, in line with Ofsted's guidelines
- Continuous support and leadership to the staff team's knowledge and understanding of child protection practices and processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People's Workforce or Equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Legislation's
- Experience leading a team effectively to provide the highest quality of care and support to Children and Young People in a residential setting
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Driver and ability to commute to Bradford
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for further training and development. We also offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.
