About the Role

GSK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive incremental profit for General Medicine globally. As a Net Revenue Management Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's commercial strategy and embedding revenue management in the mindset and culture globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Translate the company's vision into an actionable roadmap and drive execution through regions and local operating companies (LOCs).
  • Identify and Capture Revenue Opportunities: Lead projects and country deep dives to identify incremental profit opportunities through pricing and trade spend.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Build a vast network across LOCs and manage a diverse set of stakeholders from local to global, across geographies and functions.
  • Drive Collaboration and Innovation: Connect and drive collaboration across functions like commercial trade channel, finance, pricing, and market access.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Provide revenue management guidance and recommendations to global brand teams to maximize net revenue opportunities in key markets.
  • Evolve and Adapt Governance Structure: Evolve and adapt a governance structure with commercial and finance to ensure effective performance reviews and opportunity identification.
  • Lead Global Pricing and Analytics Platform: Own GSK's Global Pharma Pricing & Analytics platform (PACA) and lead an offshore team focused on providing pricing insights through data and analytics.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Considerable commercial experience gained in a commercial function within pharma, revenue management, FMCG, or finance industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to iterate between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational implementation elements.
  • Communication and Influencing: Demonstrated excellence in effective communications, influencing, data analytics, stakeholder management, and negotiation for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong experience in driving performance through LOCs and process improvement, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Analytics: Advanced analytics capabilities and experience with MS Data Bricks, Azure, and programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Cross-Cultural Experience: Working with multiple markets across cultures to understand environments and strategies.
