We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at loveholidays. As a key member of our Revenue Management & Trading team, you will be responsible for leading our global pricing strategy and driving the development of revenue management capabilities across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Global Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies across all markets to optimize the relationship between Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and ultimately Gross Profit.
- Manage Revenue Management Function: Oversee the Revenue Management function and team, ensuring effective management of pricing strategy, revenue analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Supply, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to identify and support broader commercial opportunities.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze revenue trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive trading margin and revenue growth.
- Develop and Grow Team: Manage, develop, and grow a team of Revenue Management specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Commercial and Financial Acumen: Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial skills, including experience in setting strategy and leading teams.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Highly proficient in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to support recommendations, with experience in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Team Management Experience: Experience in managing and developing teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Experience: Experience working within a competitive digital industry (e.g., Travel or online FMCG).
- TA Screening: Initial screening with our Talent Acquisition team.
- First Stage Interview: Interview with our VP of Revenue Management & Trading.
- Second Stage Interview: Interview with key stakeholders, including a presentation task.
- Final Stage Interview: Interview with our Chief Data Officer.
