Exciting Opportunity: Senior Revenue Growth Management Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Manager to join our team and lead our revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to optimize value creation and drive business growth.
  • Lead the pricing process and consumer pricing elasticity models to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Implement tools and processes for customer segmentation, promotional analysis, and trade terms to enhance revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with international teams to harmonize pricing across geographies and drive global revenue growth.
  • Guide and coach a diverse and remote team to achieve revenue growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of analytical experience with a focus on revenue management and business growth.
  • Proficient in Gross to Net/TTC framework and ROI-led Trade Promotion Management.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in the Global Travel Retail or CPG industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across commercial functions and manage stakeholders globally.
  • Experience in managing diverse and remote teams to achieve business objectives.
