We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Revenue Management Team (GRM) based in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a Renewal Portfolio across EMEA, negotiating contracts with issuers across multiple sectors in Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of renewal contracts across EMEA, with a focus on maximizing revenue growth through disciplined and consistent price application.
  • Negotiate contracts with issuers across multiple sectors, leveraging your commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial function, including Issuer, Banker, and Investor Development teams, to support the commercial strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements
  • Some professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Financial Services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements through the application of well-rounded negotiating skills.
  • Strong numeracy and business writing skills, with a particular focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Additional European languages advantageous but not required.
