The role of Lead Asset Maintenance Engineer is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our rail infrastructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the maintenance of our assets to meet relevant standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create a customer-focused team and provide professional leadership and direction in values, behaviours, and engineering practices.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of the annual maintenance business plan.
  • Lead the engineering team to deliver holistic asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with management assurance processes.
  • Discharge relevant duties assigned under the NR Engineering Management Plan.

Salary: £85,395 - £96,070 per annum, plus a car allowance of £6,000 per year. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
