Rail Contract Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual obligations for the servicing of the Cross Country Voyager Fleet and Class 170 Fleet at non-ATC servicing locations.
About UsAt Arriva TrainCare, we operate from six strategic locations across the UK, providing high-quality overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of passenger rolling stock, locomotives, freight wagons, and track plant.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver operational contractual obligations for the servicing of the Cross Country Voyager Fleet and Class 170 Fleet at non-ATC servicing locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CrossCountry Fleet Management lead, CrossCountry, and Alstom maintenance planning and control teams.
- Evaluate work performance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster effective working relationships with stakeholders, including CrossCountry, Alstom, and internal ATC teams.
- Manage commercial matters, including contract documents and data processing.
- Carry out scheduled and unplanned audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prior experience in contract/commercial management or operational management of preventative and scheduled maintenance programs.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP Power BI.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the rail industry.
- Valid driving license.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum. Location: Crewe, with occasional travel to other locations.
