About Network Rail
Engineering Leadership OpportunityWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team as a Lead Asset Maintenance Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing the maintenance of our rail infrastructure, ensuring it meets relevant safety and performance standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in rail engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. You will also possess a NEBOSH certificate and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the engineering team to deliver maintenance and project-related works.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues.
Salary: £85,395 - £96,070 per annum, plus a car allowance of £6,000 per year. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
