Job Description

The Senior Marketing Director for Active Programs will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and vision for Kings Active Foundation. This key position requires a self-starting, experienced senior manager with a proven track record of delivering targets and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive 1- and 3-year digital, print, and in-person marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
    • Agree on child number and demographic targets, and plan the necessary resources and actions to meet them.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee and ensure timely and effective digital, in-person, and print marketing campaigns that maximize bookings and increase the number of children getting active.
    • Maintain and enhance the Kings Camps brand across all platforms.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Line-manage and mentor the Digital and In-Person Marketing Team.
    • Manage relationships with external/outsourced marketing partners.
  • Budget Management:
    • Effectively allocate marketing budgets to achieve strategic goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide accurate and timely management reporting and forecasting, including weekly reports to the SLT with insights.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a Senior Marketing Director in the United Kingdom.
