During the COVID pandemic we did not furlough any of our staff. We worked together through the pandemic ensuring job security and sustainable long-term employment and commitment to our staff. We have in place a staff hardship support fund, which all staff can access in the event as we know we do, for those members of our family who may experience difficulties.

We are seeking residential care workers to join our experienced team at our well-established OFSTED registered homes located across the Preston region. We are looking for you to join us in making a positive impact on the lives of the young people in our care.

This package of care, which you will play an important part, is aimed to support the development and the mental wellbeing of the children in our care.
Example of our shifts:
Three week rolling rota shared equally between the team, this will consist of a mixture of earlys late's and sleeps of 24hour shifts
