Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with team leaders and the wider MDT to ensure seamless, holistic care.
Support patients through community activities and home visits, promoting reintegration into daily life.

Who We’re Looking For:

A Senior Occupational Therapist with:

A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation.
Strong clinical reasoning, risk management, and patient care skills.
