DSJ Global is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Operational Excellence program. As Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for further developing the company's lean production system, overseeing the Group's OPEX program, and actively designing the lean roadmap. Your team will consist of 6 people, and you will report directly to the Site Director. Key responsibilities include disciplinary management of the OPEX team, maintenance of the best practice network, and ensuring the continued growth and development of the lean culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership personality, excellent communication skills, and a confident knowledge of common lean methods. A completed technical or business studies degree and 8-10 years of experience in lean management in highly regulated manufacturing environments are also essential. If you have experience in leading or introducing lean programs, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your skills to the next level and contribute to the company's continued success.
