Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including motors, pumps, and compressors.
- Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain water treatment systems to prevent contamination and ensure water quality.
- Ensure statutory compliance with electrical and mechanical plant maintenance.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and fan coil units.
- Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure log books are up to date.
- Escort specialist subcontractors and provide technical support as needed.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering.
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a 'Foot Mobile' basis and attend multiple sites.
- Competitive salary up to £43,000 per annum.
