NHS Highland is seeking experienced GPs to form a team of Clinical Leads across Highland HHSCP.

Four part-time Clinical Lead posts are available, each requiring 2.5 sessions (10 hours per week).

As a Clinical Lead, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for a dedicated portfolio of work.

Portfolios will be developed in the following areas:

  • Education & Training
  • Climate & Sustainability
  • Workforce Planning
  • Clinical Governance

This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring GPs to develop a portfolio career and influence the development of community services across North Highland.

Post holders will understand and have an interest in the development of local services, particularly in developing relationships with local clinicians and teams.

Opportunities exist to develop a portfolio career and combine this role with GP sessions across various GP practices in the Highlands.
