We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Easterhouse Health Centre. This is an exceptional opportunity for a registered healthcare professional to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care to over 10,000 patients.
About the Role:
This Advanced Nurse Practitioner position offers a unique chance to utilize your expertise in clinical practice, working autonomously and as part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for assessing, examining, diagnosing, managing, treating, and evaluating patients with a range of conditions, providing advanced levels of nursing practice and clinical decision-making.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical care and management of stable and acutely unwell patients
- Assess, examine, diagnose, manage, treat, and evaluate patients with various conditions
- Triage, signposting, and workflow optimization to offer optimal care

Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice including V300 qualification
- Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously
- Experience in autonomous practice in primary care or out-of-hours settings
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
- IR(ME)R training to enable use of OrderComms (can be completed after commencing the role if required)
- Willingness to participate in training medical students in practice
- Experience in chronic disease management, such as diabetes, COPD, and asthma
Salary: £54,995 per annum (approximately £45-£50 per hour, dependent on experience)
