Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary up to £34,650 and excellent benefits, including private healthcare, private pension, learning and development opportunities, and more.
This is a full-time role, working flexible shift patterns. The client invests significantly in your professional development, offering a range of courses and qualifications to enhance your skills.
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver quality care across a range of services in a fast-paced environment.
- Work flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and on-calls.
- Lead a team and make influential decisions.
- Support and contribute to the theatre department's operations.
Package and Benefits:
- Annual salary of up to £35,000.
- 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Ideally have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, though this is not essential.

- Be flexible with shift patterns to support the theatre department's needs.
