The Day Surgery Unit at New Victoria Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced Scrub Practitioner to join their team. As a key member of the perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing or operating department practice, with experience in the perioperative environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Our Day Surgery Unit is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on collaborative working and ongoing professional development. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of specialties, including orthopaedics, general surgery, and pain management.

In this role, you will be required to work in multiple areas of the unit, including theatres, post-anaesthetic care units, and treatment rooms. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
