As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and supporting the needs of children and young people with disabilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote the well-being and independence of our clients.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Liaising with families and carers to provide guidance and support in caring for their loved ones.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (Social Work England).

We offer a competitive salary of £35 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional support services to our community.
