About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care that enables children to reach their full potential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering the EYFS curriculum, ensuring the individual needs of each child are met, and promoting positive values, attitudes, and behavior.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in residential care, possess a compassionate and empathetic nature, and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, plus a £65 overnight bonus, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and deliver the EYFS curriculum, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and assessments are maintained, including progress reports and behavioral observations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
