Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily field work to support business growth.
- Ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines and seasonal trends.
- Managing product materials and taking high-quality product photos.
- Maintaining product knowledge and providing excellent customer service.
- Contributing to sales through visual merchandising and product advice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A smart and professional appearance with a full clean driving licence.
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, estimated OTE earnings of up to £25,000 per annum, including benefits such as a company van, iPad, pension, and more.
