The Receptionist role at De Vere is a crucial part of our hospitality team.
We are looking for a warm and genuine individual to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests and makes them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include handling guest requests efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and going above and beyond to ensure their stay is memorable.

What we look for in a Receptionist:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Punctuality and good personal presentation.
- Proficiency in using IT software and familiarity with Opera would be advantageous (although not essential as training will be provided if needed).
