About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a community setting. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health-related difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage complex caseloads, including specialist assessments and care planning.
  • Participate in the setting of quality standards and auditing of practice to ensure adherence to current clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Administer medication in accordance with Trust procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Deliver a range of interventions, including pharmacological and psychologically informed approaches, to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to robust risk assessments and risk management plans, promoting positive risk-taking to improve quality of life and independence.

  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health-related difficulties and complex needs.
