We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and plant performance, ensuring compliance with site and company safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, implement, and ensure compliance with site and company safety protocols and procedures
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and plant performance
  • Responsible for managing plant isolation
  • Responsible for plant operational maintenance and upkeep
  • Manage shift personnel
Requirements:
  • Engineering NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical discipline or similar
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems - ability to read system schematics
  • Supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Knowledge of Safe Isolation and Electrical Safety
  • WAH or Confined Space Management
  • First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid
  • Certified to operate plant machinery, IPAF, MEWP
Working Hours:

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work overtime and additional shifts if required, and work days and nights. The shift pattern will be 3-4 shifts per week, with a mix of 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 shifts.
