Lead the Front of House Team

Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our lounges, working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and lounge operations
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace for the team and ensuring that every customer leaves happy
  • Deliver 14 great shifts with the team, ensuring that every customer receives a warm and welcoming experience
  • Oversee the detail, ensuring that every aspect of the lounge is running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For
  • You'll have experience of working in a bar environment, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafùs, or coffee shops
  • You'll have a natural talent and passion for hospitality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust
  • You'll be extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles, with good literacy skills and attention to detail
  • You'll be a self-motivator, working at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales
  • You'll have strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
