Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Strategic Fleet Business Partner at Griffin Fire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with our Fleet Business Unit department and make a significant impact on our operations.

About the Role- Act as key contact to support the activities of the Fleet Field Managers, Business Centres, and approved brokers in liaison with all functions relating to Fleet proposals and activations.
- Support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes, and providing first-class customer service to our fleet customers.
- Build relationships and develop effective communication with contacts from within the company, the manufacturer, the Centre Network, Brokers, Inchcape Fleet Solutions, and Fleet Customers.
- Provide and send relevant finance documentation directly to fleet customers.
- Provide internal backup for Fleet Development Managers.
- Prepare Car Benefit Solutions proposals.
- Manage all incoming pay-out requests ensuring data checks and sign-off fall within agreed timescale.
- Effectively manage the pay-out processes associated with all direct invoicing agreements, contract hire, multi-asset agreements, variable rate agreements, customer loan cars, and car benefit solutions.
- Estimated salary range £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience and location.
- Hybrid working pattern: 2 days in the office and 3 days from a location of your choice.
- Access to attractive car schemes for you (& your family) for Toyota & Lexus cars.
- PC literate – Excel and MS Word are essential (intermediate or above).
