**Job Title:** Supporting SEND Student Success

**Location:** Northwest London

We are seeking an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a 1:1 setting.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, focusing on their academic and personal development.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
  • Liaise with parents and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience working with autism and other SEND conditions.
  • DBS on the update service.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to the welfare and development of students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
