Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Assistant to work with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils who require individualized support and have the ability to work well within a team.
The role involves providing 1:1 support to students, delivering engaging activities, and supporting them to work towards therapy targets. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that each student receives the best possible education and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Dedicated and passionate about supporting students with SEND
