This is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and develop the Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship dental examinations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of examinations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of examinations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including other colleges and professional organizations.
- Ensure the effective management of examination resources, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Substantial relevant administrative experience, with a minimum of three years' duration.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interpret and apply detailed regulations.
- A sound knowledge of IT systems and database management, with experience of leading a team and collaborating with colleagues.
- Strong planning ability, with experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Significant attention to detail, with knowledge and experience of relevant legislation, including GDPR and the Equality Act.
