We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Sandhurst. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Process payments, handle guest queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
