Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Premier Inn Sandhurst. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
• Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
