We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role in our Sandhurst Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Process payments, handle guest queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding Whitbread's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
