Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Accident Damage Estimator to join our Accident Repair Centre in Cardiff. As an estimator, you will assess damage, costs of repair, and time frames, ensuring adherence to menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Inspect accident damaged vehicles and assess damage, costs of repair, and time frames.
  • Ensure adherence to menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies.
  • Liaise with insurance and accident management companies.
  • Contact customers to provide updates.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex) and possess excellent customer service skills. An ATA VDA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
