Accident Repair Centre Role

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Inspect accident damaged vehicles and assess damage, costs of repair, and time frames.
- Ensure adherence to menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies.
- Liaise with insurance and accident management companies.
- Contact customers to provide updates.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex) and possess excellent customer service skills. An ATA VDA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
