Holt Recruitment is proud to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Accident Repair Centre, you will be responsible for undertaking inspections of accident damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames, and ensuring our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies are being adhered to on each job.

Job Details

Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus bonus. Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, vehicle leasing scheme, health and wellbeing apps, pension, gym discounts, retail and restaurant discount and cashback, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect accident damaged vehicles and assess the damage and costs of repair.
  • E nsure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies are being followed.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance and accident management companies with any updates or queries relating to relevant jobs.
  • Contact customers to provide updates.
Requirements
  • Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex).
  • ATA is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills.
