We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial team on the prestigious High Speed 2 project in Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading specialist company that repairs, strengthens and waterproofs concrete and steel structures.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

  • Bridge deck waterproofing
  • Expansion joints
  • Concrete repair and cathodic protection works
  • Steel repair and strengthening work
  • Carbon fibre and temporary works
  • Jacking and bearing replacement
  • Specialist lightweight decking and access solutions
  • Long bridge and cable refurbishment

The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on site, managing surveyors and/or assistant surveyors to deliver projects successfully.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited course from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • A degree with some numerical or technical background

Desirable: A degree in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience.
