Commercial Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team on the prestigious High Speed 2 project in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual matters on site, as well as supervising surveyors and assistant surveyors to deliver projects successfully.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should hold a relevant qualification from a reputable institution such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES). A degree in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience would be desirable.
