We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on the High Speed 2 project based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual matters on site, ensuring effective delivery of projects. They will also lead a team of surveyors and assistant surveyors, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial and contractual aspects of site operations
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a senior role
