We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Clinical Anaesthetists to join our team as Anaesthesia CESR Fellows. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the Anaesthesia CESR training programme, working closely with experienced clinicians to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive logbook of clinical procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Engage in educational activities, including teaching and supervising junior colleagues, to enhance your skills and contribute to the development of others.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Full GMC registration with a license to practise.
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- FRCA or equivalent qualification.
- 12 months' experience of working within Anaesthesia in the NHS.
- Evidence of at least 6 years of Anaesthetic Training (within or outside of the UK).
- Valid certification in ALS, ATLS, and APLS.
