Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Fellow to join our team at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing elective and emergency surgery
  • Develop skills and confidence in dealing with patients with difficult airways and advanced airway techniques
  • Participate in the preoperative assessment and management of patients for elective and emergency surgery
  • Contribute to the development of regional anaesthesia and interventional pain medicine procedures under ultrasound guidance
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
Requirements
  • Final FRCA or equivalent qualification
  • Full registration with the GMC
  • Ability to take full and independent responsibility for assessment of patients preoperatively and manage most common emergencies
  • Confident in managing cardiac arrest situations
