Sales Lead Generator

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Sales Lead Generator to join Ambassador Regency Limited, a family-owned business offering a curated collection of luxury park bungalow communities in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all non-site specific enquiries generated by marketing activity, from our website and other sources, and converting them into appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all non-site specific enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Convert enquiries into appointments through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Confident and dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in sales or a related field is desirable
