About the Role

Talent Finder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team as a Domestic Solar PV Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.
  • Perform site visits to evaluate the feasibility of installing solar panels.
  • Prepare and present customized solar proposals to customers, including cost estimates and projected savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solar sales, with a strong understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to analyze energy usage data and calculate potential savings for customers.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for designing solar systems and generating proposals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving solar energy industry.
  • A commitment to promoting environmentally friendly solutions.
  • Able to work with leads provided by the business and self-generate referrals and cold leads during quiet weeks.
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
