About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads to drive business growth
  • Closing opportunities and meeting sales targets
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates
  • Creating and maintaining records of closed leads
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships

Job Details:

  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission OTE up to 75k- Salary dependant on experience
  • Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm
