- Route Planning and Management: Effectively plan your routes, manage your day, and travel in your assigned area.
- Event Promotion: Endorse and promote events, open days, and presentations, while attending conferences and events when required.
- Target Achievement: Be driven to meet and exceed agreed weekly and monthly targets.
- Compliance: Consistently maintain a high standard of compliance.
- Representation: Be polite and respectfully represent the business.
- Experience: Demonstrate relatable field sales experience in a similar industry.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building effective relationships.
- Drive and Motivation: Be highly driven with a willingness to be successful.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Organisation and Time Management: Highly organised, ability to self-manage and adapt your workday.
- Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport effectively with new clients.
- Objection Handling: Confident in overcoming objections and closing business for those not currently referring their outstanding services.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail, documenting meeting outcomes onto CRM.
- Driving License: Full, clean driving license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professionalism: Consistently be an advocate of the organisation, always presenting a professional and personal attitude to colleagues and customers.
- Salary: £35,000 basic with an OTE of £55,000.
- Car Allowance: £5,000.
- Annual Leave: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
