**National Skills Agency** is seeking an experienced Adult Care Training Specialist to deliver high-quality training and support to learners in the Midlands area.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching learners aged 16+ and assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3. They will also possess relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector and be able to deliver work-based training.

The role involves taking full responsibility for a caseload of learners, engaging and supporting them in a face-to-face setting with some blended delivery and workplace observation. The candidate will manage their caseload effectively, meeting OFSTED and Awarding Bodies requirements in teaching, learning, and assessment for learners.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and support, please apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Taking full responsibility for a caseload of learners
  • Engaging and supporting learners in a face-to-face setting with some blended delivery and workplace observation

  • Developing scheme of work, lesson plans, and course resources for the delivery of qualifications
