National Skills Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Sector Training Specialist. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Adult Care qualifications up to level 3 or 5 to learners in a face-to-face setting with some blended delivery and workplace observation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring they achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with employers, Job Centre Plus, and other relevant agencies.
* Embed British values, prevent, safeguarding, equality, and diversity throughout the teaching.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience of teaching learners aged 16+ and assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3.
* Relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector.
* Experience of delivering work-based training.
Salary and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
Location: Midlands and surrounding areas.
