EE Franchise Retail Advisor Job Description

As an EE Franchise Retail Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our high-street store. With a strong focus on sales through sensational service, you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions, as well as those of our competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the store's success by bringing to life the EE ethos of sales through sensational service
  • Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs, help them choose the right products, and show them how those products can make their mobile life better
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
  • Strong background engaging and delighting customers in a sales or service environment
  • Ability to show how you've worked to and achieved targets or deadlines
  • Interest in communications technology
  • Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative
  • Experience in retail and knowledge of the telecoms sector
