Your role will involve engaging customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs, help them choose the right products, and show them how those products can make their mobile life better.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background engaging and delighting customers in a sales or service environment. You should be able to show how you've worked to and achieved targets or deadlines. You should also have an interest in communications technology and enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative. Additionally, you should have worked in retail and have knowledge of the telecoms sector.
