Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory costs.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales advisors to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
